Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many pictures do we get?

A: You will receive unlimited 2x6 inch photo strips during your contracted photo booth rental time. Your guests can designate whether their want black & white or color for each individual photo strip. Two copies of every photo strip are printed.

Q: Does the photo booth print out photos on the spot?

A: Yes. One photo strip will print out seconds after the pictures are taken in the booth for your guests to take with them as a keepsake.

Q: How does the online photo gallery work?

A: About five business days after your event all of the photo booth pictures will be posted on our website photo gallery. You and your guests can view them and purchase additional copies of the photo strips as desired.

Q: What are the technical requirements to have your photo booth at our event?

A: Our booth has a footprint of 4 x 7.5 feet and requires an 110V power outlet. If your event is outdoors, we will need a weather protected spot in case of rain.

Q: Will someone be on-site with the photo booth?

A: Yes. There will be a full-time photo booth attendant to assist guests and to make sure the booth operates properly throughout the event.

Q: How do we reserve and pay for the photo booth?

A: We require a $300 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to reserve the photo booth. This will guarantee your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash and personal check. If you decide to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit if we are able to rebook your date.

Q: How does the photo booth provide party favors for guests?

A: Your guests keep all of their photo strips. Your event logo or message can be imprinted on all the photos. These unique favors will leave a lasting memory and add a personal touch to your event. Your guests will enjoy their photo strips long after the event has passed.

Q: Can the booth be rented for less then the standard 4 hourS?

A: Yes, we can tailor a package to fit your needs. Give us a call!

Q: Does the client have to provide electricity?

A: Yes, the client is responsible for providing the Photo Booth within 50 feet we need an 110v, 15 amps, 3-prong outlet.

Q: Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, our Photo Booth has been designed to accommodate guests who use wheelchairs.
